EXPERIENCE INNOVATION

  • «During my Career at Dell Technologies I have repeatedly either been engaged or led Experience design & Innovation initiatives on the topic of the Future of Work, researching trends and opportunities and brainstorming how the brand could continue to empower their Customers across Workforce, Workplace and Workflows.

Dell being a major end-to-end player in providing productivity solutions around the world, large amounts of resources are regularly engaged to analyze the state of the industry, test and analyze the latest technologies to forecast and define the Future of Work.

The work I have done on this topic has helped inform & advise leadership as well as build products and portfolio’s experience & design strategies.»

  • «With Alienware being such an iconic gaming brand in the PC gaming history, its design Team is continually looked for to help both maintain and grow its brand equity as it expanded across categories.

My role as design lead for its peripherals included establishing and driving continued experience innovation from the ecosystem point of view.

One aspect of this task regarded proposing transformational, experience led, growth opportunities beyond the business’s current scope.

The other was more focused on the established product categories, building future-proof individual portfolio experiences & strategies, as well as identifying and crafting Alienware-on-Alienware ecosystem synergies.

The work I have done on this topic has helped inform & advise senior executives, build portfolios experience & design strategies that could guide product roadmaps and influence solutions’ feature-sets ahead of the product design phase.»

  • «There is no fixed / one-size-fits-all process to Experience Innovation, and workflows continually need to adapt to the topic at hand, organization structure, resource allocation, partner engagement, and more.

From study, trial and error and personal experience I have compiled key phases that are valuable to balance convergent and divergent thinking.

It has helped me effectively drive a design & cross-functional Team while keeping them engaged on a common vision to reach an outcome that met their respective goals.»
